If you're a new Premium user and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, you qualify for a full refund—no questions asked.
Refunds are not available for: Free plan users, renewals of existing subscriptions, or purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
Go to our Support Portal and select "Refund Request" from the ticket categories.
Include your purchase receipt (email confirmation) and registered account email—this helps us process your request faster.
We’ll review your request within 24 business hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Yes—your Premium access will be revoked immediately upon refund approval. You can continue using the Free plan if you wish.
Refunds for third-party purchases must be requested directly through the respective platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) as they handle their own payment processing.
